Our townhouse complex has used PHM for lawn care and snow removal for many years, probably over a decade. They do a nice job. What they are really good at is customer service. Pat is really good at communication and responsiveness to questions and concerns, and accomodations.

We used PHM for lawn care this past summer and clean up in the fall. Overall we've had a good experience with the team and have appreciated the service, especially the gutter clean-outs and leaf clean-up! They have been responsive as well when I've reached out with questions or concerns. If we decide we would like lawn service next year (likely), we won't look elsewhere.

Pat Murphy and his hard working team at PHM Inc. have transformed my backyard. They were able to redo my patio and preserve the bricks that had initially been laid almost 40 years ago. Pat listened, answered questions and kept me up to date on the schedule. I enjoyed working with Pat and I appreciated his expertise and knowledge. I am looking forward to working with PHM again. I can't wait to again have family gatherings and create a garden space we will enjoy for years to come.
