Zero star! Waited for almost an hour and was refused to let me in for a reason that my last name(marital name) in the requisition is different than my Medicare Card. Went to my family doctor to get a new one and was told there’s no problem if the last name is different they should have let you in. I will not going back to this blood clinic again.
Severely understaffed and going into the building is incredibly unfriendly. You have nobody to talk to and no directions on where to go. They even put a cord near the door so you don't venture in to ask questions.
Howe provided outstanding customer service during my visit to the blood clinic. They were courteous, efficient, and attentive, and they helped create a calm, respectful experience from start to finish.
I love this place you go early and you dont have to wait so that what I be doing tomarrow and my daughter to . Its go in and out I love it
