Let me start out by saying that my veins always present a challenge when having blood drawn. So much so that the stress of needing this service begins days before my appointment. I am often poked and prodded several times looking for a good vein to draw from and I leave with some serious bruises and bumps. NO MORE!! I don't typically give reviews good or bad but after my experience I just had to give praises to Nicole. Nicole is AWESOME!!! I called to ask questions about lab tests I needed and she took a lot of time helping me over the phone to make sure I was selecting the correct ones. Talked me through the online process for selecting labs, making my payment and scheduling an appointment. She had me scan and email my NP's script to make sure everything was correct.
