I don't typically give reviews good or bad but after my experience I just had to give praises to Nicole. Nicole is AWESOME!!! I called to ask questions about lab tests I needed and she took a lot of time helping me over the phone to make sure I was selecting the correct ones. Talked me through the online process for selecting labs, making my payment and scheduling an appointment. She had me scan and email my NP's script to make sure everything was correct. Nicole was an excellent skilled phlebotomist. She was very quick and efficient and took my special labs to FedEx to have them sent out right away. I would highly highly recommend her.
Nicole is an awesome phlebotomist she gets her sticks on the first try! She is very very respectful, kind and does a fantastic job!
