Very friendly staff. I arrived for a live load which is something they generally do not do but I was picking up Amazon returns. They had a few issues figuring out the paperwork and took some time but they aggressively figured it out and got me loaded and on my way

I have many complaints about the employees here, 01/12/2026, 11:45. When I arrived to deliver my load, I very politely asked a security guard in the security booth to cut the seal, but he didn't even look at me and reacted very rudely. If I react rudely, they immediately file a complaint and shut down the Relay system. Truck drivers' rights are being violated because of these kind of despicable people.
