Pete, Michael, and the entire crew were great to work with. They were very professional and communication was superb. Their work was excellent and we would work with them again in the future if needed!
PHL did an excellent job on our 1918 home. Everyone complements us extensively on our skirting. The warranty is more of a service plan and Pete and team have stood by their work for years now and came to shim when our front door got a bit cranky because San Antonio soils got shifty as they tend to do over time.
