Pete and his wife the owners of PHL foundation did an incredible job. I am very impressed and please with how they run their company. Very respectful, and also work with integrity! I definitely recommend this company!
Pete and his crew did an amazing job stabilizing our 100 year old pier and beam home. We had a few bids cheaper than them, but in an industry fraught with little oversight, I chose PHL Foundation Repair. I have no regrets. Do it right the first time!
PHL Foundation Repair replaced 18 piers plus beams for our pier and beam house built in the 1930's. Pete and his team did a great job. They were very respectful and did a very conscience job. They were also very responsive to our questions and concern. I would absolutely use them for any future needs.
We are glad we chose PHL Foundation Repair to work on our 75 year old house. They leveled our house, replaced deteriorated sill plates and floor joists, and repaired broken concrete. Pete, his project manager, and the supervisor and his crew were respectful and accommodating. Pete visited the job site numerous times to inspect the progress of the work and to ask if we had any concerns. PHL Foundation did a great job for us. Pete Flores is the owner. Highly recommend PHL. For our 1908 house, they installed new concrete piers, new beams. spray insulation, skirting, encapsulation, custom door for access to crawl space, straightened a leaning wall, etc. Everything they did was well done… no shortcuts.
