No response from customer service. We received a gift box that looks like it was shipped 8 days prior. Items spoiled and opened up inside. I understand that, but my rating is for zero customer service response when I emailed them 5-days ago. Email is only contact option available.
The desserts were amazing and the beautiful wrapping made for a wonderful gift! Will definitely be a repeat customer

I ordered the Phivi Box for Easter and happen to fall near my birthday. I can’t say more good things about this. They had a lovely Curation. I kept saying this is my favorite with everything I tried. The flavors were fantastic. It’s shipped across country and everything arrive very well intact. Than You so much! I had purchased a one time box just to try it out and now I’m hooked.
My first box came thoughtfully with a cold pack and a festive theme of Halloween. The treats were delicious!
