I’ve been training with Paul at Phit Pro for years and can’t recommend him enough! He’s an amazing personal trainer. Super knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in his clients. Phit Pro is a great spot! The location is convenient and very accessible. While I've only worked directly with one trainer, every other professional I've come across at the gym is super nice and they all seem to have a good rapport with their clients. I also appreciate that the clientele is diverse--there are all ages, all fitness levels, etc. All that together makes for a very welcoming, as well as encouraging, environment!
Have been working out weekly with Paul at Phit Pro for almost a year & I’m really enjoying my experience. The gym is clean and comfortable, trainers are extremely friendly, has a local feel, equipped with everything I need to get a great workout & feeling benefits from my training. Plus, training with Paul is fun - I’m not sure how but I suffer & enjoy my workouts simultaneously. I’m so happy I found Phit Pro and highly recommend it!
This gym is clean and private. And the gear is modern with a lot of options. Carlo is an absolute expert! He cleaned up my shoulder injury and got me back to work quickly!!!!
