Thank you Phi and your staffs for the great service! My first experience there was phenomenal! Friendly staffs and a very clean; nice atmosphere. It was my first time here to get my hair permanent straight done. I used to go to the other shop in Renton but my turned out wasn't that great and paid a lot more. At Phi's, it was affordable and the turned out was much better. I'm so happy that I don't have to use my flat ion every morning anymore. Thanks God! My mom's been going here for years so they're probably doing something right. She's taken me here a handful of times and each time I left with a very nice haircut, and this time being a very good hair coloring! Highly recommend :)
