Good job at keeping your residents safe. You've allowed a store AB Munchies to be exact to destroy the building the residents live in. There is constant hanging out in front of this store and a lot of shady things happening. It has become unsafe. Once you rent to a business, you do have a responsibility to ensure that they are doing what they need to do and this is not the case. This store is ruining the neighborhood.

Horrible customer service, no one returns phone calls for repairs. There’s always an excuse. The office manager comes in whenever and leaves at 2pm, turned his supposed office into a boxing gym. Slumlord at its finest. Place is infested with mice. Only one person I always see who is dedicated to his duties! Mr. C.....This place hasn’t been painted in years, dirty dingy walls, plaster peeling, dirty stairwells. Recycle bin is always overflowing with trash, it only attracts rats.
