Very prompt and sincere. We will for sure keep William Phipps Electric in our contact network for any future electrical repair or service.
Contacted Phipps Electric last month. Was told he would come out on a Saturday to give me a quote on some small electrical work I needed done. Was supposed to be there at noon. Called him at 12:30, no answer. He never showed up and never call. Can’t speak to quality of his work as he wouldn’t show up to give me a quote as he stated he would.
Excessively pleased with William. Came out on New Year’s Day to fix an issue. A “simple” fix turned complex, and William troubleshot, came up with a creative fix and fixed the issue. We couldn’t be happier.
Easy to communicate with and great quality of work.
William was awesome. He was efficient, and honest with the issues going on. It turned out to be an easy fix for him, and he didn't try to gouge me with pricing. 5 Star recommendation.
