Tried to make a follow up appointment for this doctor for my mother and the medical assistant had to point out that she canceled twice this year—we gave notice, it was NOT a no-call no-show! I asked if that was held against her and she said no but why bring it up then instead of addressing the medical issue? She has had an ongoing issue and waiting a month for an appointment to follow up or being put in a list to call sometime is NOT acceptable! Very poor response from this provider.

This was my new patient visit. The Dr. was very professional and knowledgeable. She was personable and made me feel at ease and trusting that she knew her stuff. I asked a couple of questions about medications. The answers made me aware that she thought like a doctor that knew what the Hippocratic oath is and that she was not just another warm body with a title just following hospital protocols, but was there to make patients healthy.
I had a good visit . The nurses were very nice and polite.
Extremely disappointed with the level of care my wife has recieved from Dr. Arangattu. She has continually let my wife run out of meds. (Very important meds). My wife is dealing with stage 4 liver failure. And she does not listen to what's going on. I explained all the testing that she has been thru, (at Henry Ford) only to have Dr office call 3 days later and tell us she needs test that have already been done. This entire experience has been unacceptable.
