I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. If your looking for good customer service, this is NOT the company for you. I work in a customer service intense industry and they representing everything what not to do. If you have a concern, you will have to call until blue in the face before they get back to you. After the work is done you will never hear from them. The work they do is subpar. They put mulch right on the grass. There's no edging or cleaning of flower bed like they promised. I hired Phil'z Landscaping to come and take care of snow removal on my parents long driveway. They had been stood up by another company and were really in a bind. Phil'z landscaping was the first place that answered and were absolutely helpful. I'm very grateful for them! Very pleasant to work with and my parents raved about how friendly and helpful they were. Would absolutely call again next season.

Phil is a hustler and always moving. Found Phil to always be rushing and as such quality always lacked. Gentle efforts to share different points-of-view were met w/arrogance and attitude. Work got more sloppy and then, without my knowledge until it was too late, Phil dumped piles of standard rock salt (not calcium pellets) onto sidewalk block that immediately cracked. Phil is a very nice man. Have a few issues with the quality of service. Hardscaping is great but the sodding was poorly done and the grass didn't survive after a whole month.
