**Feedback Regarding Front Desk Staff** I’ve always appreciated the welcoming and professional environment at your office, which is why I’ve continued to return over the years. However, during my recent visit, I had a disappointing experience with a new front desk clerk (Sylvia). She was rude, pushy, and unkind. Friendly dentist. His front desk staff however will send out texts and cancel your appointments even if you call before the deadline time... TIP: make sure you don't have a death in your family come up because they don't care.
Every time I brush my teeth I tend to do a good job because I hear Dr. Philson saying "you have nice teeth." I'm so grateful for these individuals who make the dentist a lot less scary and more more like a visit to the family!

My son is very afraid of getting needles and drills after a bad experience at another place in town. I took him here to see how he did and he was kind of afraid, but the people treated him with respect and understanding, explained everything to him gently and they were just amazing with him. I went ahead and scheduled the rest of my kids for their exams too. My son isn't afraid to go back and he knows they will be gentle.
