Dr. Philson has been my dentist for almost 30 years! I’ve referred many friends and family members to him because he’s an excellent dentist who is continually furthering his education to provide all of us with the absolutely best care and treatment options. He’s a man of integrity who loves his patients!
The aftercare at this place was a joke. I got 4 wisdom teeth out at once was sent home Thursday with just a prescription note for narcotics. I was supposed to have a mouth rinse with it and with this prescription it would have been completed on their end. In my opinion the mouth rinse was more crucial to me than the narcotics. When I got to the pharmacist they said they did it wrong and they needed to fix the instructions on their end, didn’t seem too difficult. **Feedback Regarding Front Desk Staff** I’ve always appreciated the welcoming and professional environment at your office, which is why I’ve continued to return over the years. However, during my recent visit, I had a disappointing experience with a new front desk clerk (Sylvia). She was rude, pushy, and unkind.
