Had some work done about 2 yrs ago was really impressed. Just had some work done at my daughters by Philsan, wanted another small job doing. So a week last tuesday still not heard anything sent a text mesg. no acknowledgement. I recommend this co. to an elderly friend, same again no acknowledgement. Is this how you treat customers, extremely disappointed and i find this really rude. I have since contacted another company and the job has been done. Will not use you anymore.
My go to plumber. Kieran has twice fixed leaks and the service is friendly, efficient and at sensible prices. Strongly recommend
