shitty communication
I had a very large weed infestation in the river rock around the perimeter of my yard, after so many months of rain and sun this summer and Phil's team did an EXCELLENT job cleaning it all up. The job ended up taking quite a while due to the amount of weeds, but the team was so friendly and positive. Phil and Kayla were able to help get me scheduled, and even offered a discount when they had to reschedule on me for the inconvenience. Phil’s was amazing start to finish. From booking, to service everything was smooth
Used Phil's last year(2023) for yard cleanup last year. Was on the high side but did a good job. Needed some more work done this July called and left messages 3 different times. Never received a call back one way or other, guess they don't need the work at least a call back would have been nice. Hence my low rating.
