Just the best wheel and tire shop. I don't live anywhere near Phil's but I ordered Michelin PS4Ss mounted on KE Motorsports T12s for my E36 M3 street car. They communicated with me at every stage of the process, and shipped my order faster than I would have imagined possible. I'm now looking for excuses to order more stuff from them just because the Phil's team is so great to work with. Even if you live far away, don't be scared to order from Phil's! They will take care of you.

I had ordered tires elsewhere, but kept getting told they won't be in til...I looked around and found PTS had them IN STOCK. I canceled the other order and bought the tires from PTS, also having them heat cycled. My tires will be delivered early next week. In reading a tire test article, I found out that PTS is one of the largest dealers for the brand I purchased. I'm glad I looked into alternatives, finding the best, period!
