Phil's Tire Service is now my go-to for tires, especially for my track-focused 8y RS3. I recently bought a set of clearance Nankang CR-S tires from them. Unbeknownst to me, they also had a buy-3-get-1-free special that I didn't apply at checkout. Kim from Phil's was kind enough to text me after the order, letting me know they applied the extra discount and refunded my money. Overall great customer service and communication
Just the best wheel and tire shop. I don't live anywhere near Phil's but I ordered Michelin PS4Ss mounted on KE Motorsports T12s for my E36 M3 street car. They communicated with me at every stage of the process, and shipped my order faster than I would have imagined possible. I'm now looking for excuses to order more stuff from them just because the Phil's team is so great to work with. Even if you live far away, don't be scared to order from Phil's! They will take care of you.
