I cannot recommend a plumber more than Phil… I’ve been a landlord 20+ years now… I’ve called a few plumbers… #1 honesty #2 willingness to help #3 price #4 will recommend competition when needed. In all 4 categories, there’s no one in eastern iowa rated higher (in my opinion). Strongly, highly, with my whole heart, I recommend Phil. Everything from repairs to bathroom remodels!
Needed a fiber optic camera inspection of my sewer line to ensure no damage from roots of a nearby removed tree. I watched the screen with him, got the peace of mind I needed. Good guy to boot.
