This guy USED to be good. The quality has sadly severely declined. He was supposed to fix a leaking flex pipe. Instead of replacing and welding the damage he slapped a mound of useless glue putty around it, enough to make a pizza. Now the car won't pass inspection 2 months later as the putty falls off. He's a RIP OFF NOW! STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHAM!
If you want honestly and professional service this is the place to go!!!
I haven't been to Phil's in years because I had moved away but I came back and was welcomed back like I had never left and was still treated like family.
