Phil not only called back quickly.. but came out quickly and was all business with a good attitude. He’s the real deal
Took Phil awhile to locate the problem, however the problem was unique and required that amount of time. The repair has held and the unit is working perfectly. I would recommend him to anyone who has a problem with their RV.
Contacted Phil in the morning about an electrical issue with the motor home and he responded right away, even indicated that he would be out mid day. We were out sightseeing when Phil came out. Turned out that the problem was with the post, and Phil worked with the campground host to make sure power was restored before leaving. To top it off, he waived any charges. Can't thank him enough for his professionalism and responsiveness. It was nice to return to a camper with electricity!
We have used Phil a couple of times now this year and two years ago. He is a straightforward honest individual and very punctual on timing. Best of all he knows his business and I would recommend him to anybody he's got our vote.
Came the next day after our call and fixed the fridge. Reasonable price. Thanks a million
