They came and installed my roof 4 years ago with zero issues and did an amazing job. I'm now selling my property and an inspector came and said he did something wrong, which was not wrong in my eyes. But Dave came and changed it the way the inspector wanted it for free! 4 years later! Highly recommend them!

March 2026 After noticing a leak in my living room, I went outside and saw there was an ice dam on the roof. Phil’s Renos was quick to come over and address the problem. They fixed it promptly and the leak stopped immediately. I was very grateful for their quick response and professional help.
