Phil roofing in Cornwall refused to come to my house to repair my roof. The person said he knows he won’t come over the bridge. I asked why? He said it was policy. Maybe it’s racism because it a reservation. I’m an elderly woman with a leaky roof and chose them because they had good reviews and wanted to get a highly rated professional. Such a disappointment. Not professional to say the least. I’ll keep looking.
