I wrote a review on google reviews that I could not respond to. I had been using only Phil's Quality Automotive for over 20 years. I had never strayed and did not get my breaks look at by any other shop. The Customer service whom is a relative of the owner and the new manager/owner/relative of Phil was very disrespectful and did not hear what I had said.
