Love this guy. Been working with Phil for over 15 years. He has been painting his entire adult life and it shows. Residential or commercial, he can do it all.
Very professional job and completed when promised. Happy with the results and would hire him again in a heartbeat. The job was of the highest quality, and I have no complaints. He painted the whole exterior and a privacy fence too.
I have had the privilege of seeing phila work and the people that work under him .
