Bought my home in Elk River with a LuxAire LX series high efficiency furnace and A/C forced air system that was installed by Phil's 2 years earlier (2010). Ten years later I had to replace the A/C capacitor which is very typical. I had Aquarius do an A/C tune up and the Freon was low about 2 Lbs. Not sure if hardware is leaking or the lines connections.
