I own rental property and Phil's Plumbing has ALWAYS been there for me when I needed a plumber. They've gone above and beyond any other plumbing service. They've helped so much over the years. I highly recommend. Hands down best service in the 4-State area.
They where supposed to do work on my place months ago the lady kept saying they will call us they never called and they never did i would not recommend them at all.
Never received a call back. I rented from this lady 20 years ago. I was 21. Young and dumb. She took me to court, got every penny she requested ($1000) and we moved on with life. Since then, I've graduated at Pitt, had a daughter, and bought a home. Fast forward 20 years later, I bought a home and life is great. I called to set up plumbing because the workers are great and friendly, but Cheryl Brooks is holding a grudge from 20 years ago. Don't you go to church? Haven't you learned about forgiveness?
