Phil’s plumbing takes great care of our small business needs. They know how critical it is for a small business to stay in operation. They are thorough in their assessments and repairs. Securely our go to when the boiler isn’t cooperating.
They are great to work with and went above and beyond what they were contracted to do to help us out. Good people.
They will install water heaters that are not to code, and blame you when confronted. My mom requested a larger water heater. They gave her her options and installed it. The installation itself was perfect. EXCEPT they did not install the pan at the bottom of the water heater. Of course, my mom had no idea that a water heater pan is required in Pittsburg on a plywood surface.
