I've used Phil's Home repair several times over the past 10 years and I've never had a bad experience. He's always on time and is very knowledgeable in all home repairs. He does quality work so don't expect cheap prices. You pay for what you get and you get good quality repair with a guy that is reliable. That's extremely hard to come by theses days.
They supposed to come to my house for repair, but they never showed up
I very strongly recommend you get a second quote if you call this guy. He's known to over charge not just by hundreds or even thousands but tens of thousands. Better yet, just avoid him altogether.
