As a severely disabled veteran I rely on contractors for my home repairs/improvements. Phil did install a new ramp over a 6 week period which was too long in my book. I had several other things needing repairs. He promised the moon and delivered nothing. Refused all texts and phone calls and generally dropped me like a hot potato. Do NOT inquire of this "man", he will "give you the business " just like he did me!
It is very disappointing when a contractor promises work, doesn't deliver, and no longer returns phone calls and ignores texts. So far I have hired a plumber and an electrician to do work that Phil's Home Improvements either did incorrectly or did not do at all. Today someone is coming to fix the door that his company broke. Then it is on to a painter to fix the ceilings where the tape is coming off and where paint is peeling in the bathroom. Both of these were painted by Phil's in the last 5 months.
