2 stars because at least he responded. I asked about a list of items for a property in Livermore, and this is the reply: Good morning. You have reached Phil’s handyman. At this time I am no longer taking on new jobs for 2019 and I no longer work with property managers, I just cannot meet their demands when it comes to being there within a certain time Mind you my request was on Jan 13 2019. This handyman was apparently booked for the whole year? Hmmm...
We have used Phil for several installations and repairs. He has a background in construction and comes up with creative, cost-effective solutions. Phil installed a Costco storage rack, providing extra space in our cluttered garage. He expertly found where to configure it despite a problem with our studs.
