When Phil comes to your house to do repairs his prices vary and change at the drop of a hat without prior notice. Once $35 an hr and then suddenly changed $55 per hr. Also some jobs are no longer by the hour they are judged by the job because he knows what he can get. I have personally experienced these things. He damaged the integrity of my deck by using a crowbar to pull my deck away from the wall from which it was anchored to install a small piece of flashing and could not repair the damage.
