Can’t say enough good things about this place. Prompt service, the technician that showed up was courteous, didn’t waste any time. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Will be the only hvac service I use in the future and highly recommend to anyone around the Plattsburg area if in need of any service pertaining to heating and cooling!
Extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. They were quick to assist with anything we needed and always respectful and professional. Truly grateful for their services, highly recommend!
Phil was very knowledgeable, personable, and honest. They were able to work with the furnace that was already there when installing the new A/C unit and new duct work. Even though they are a busy business, I was able to get on their schedule quickly and the job was done in a reasonable timeframe and at a reasonable/fair price. His crew that helped install were very friendly and respectful. 10/10 would recommend.
