Avoid this company at all cost. We are contractors , our company name is Distinctive Design Builders of Houston Texas. I have a contact with AHS and one of two of my AC compressors failed. The unit is original to the house and 25 years ago and it failed. They stated I had a power surge which resulted in a denied claim. I called them and said it didn’t even rain and I did not have a power surge. My other HVAC unit is working fine and so is the rest of my appliances (I have three refrigerators).
We just moved here and were having ac issues. Lance was awesome explained the issues and fixed everything and briefed us at the end of service. Would recommend him again he understood our frustration cause we just got the house and the hvac is fairly new and he explained mitigation steps to prevent future issues.
I contracted Phil’s A/C through my home warranty company. The technician specialist, Lance, was great! He was thorough and transparent. He made sure my heat was working correctly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company for A/C and Heating!
Recently had our seasonal furnace check up and maintenance done. Great work as always!! Lance is our regular technician and he is absolutely AMAZING!! Always does such a great job and explains everything so we know our system is working properly. He also comes to do our hvac seasonal check up and maintenance. This past July our AC coil crapped out and we had Phil's Good AC replace it. They did a great job and got us up and running ASAP!! We recommend this company for sure!!
