We thought we needed our carpets replaced We went to Home Depot and one of the employees suggested we try Phil's Chem Dry. We got an estimate but were skeptical since the carpet was older and had many stains and a bad odor. When the two technicians were finished it didn't look like the same carpet!! EVERY stain was gone, and they used a special machine to remove the odors not just from the carpet, but from the entire house! And the price they estimated was the price I paid. Extremely good and effecient We had our carpets cleaned by Phil's Chem Dry a couple years ago. We need it done again and will definitely have them do it. Very effecient, fairly quick and affordable (check the phone book/newspaper for a coupon!). The two guys who showed up were friendly and knowledgeable about the process when asked. You do need to move your furniture yourself, but they vacuum your carpets with their equipment before cleaning them! Our carpets looked brand new after they left. Definitely recommended!
