I contacted the company on day 6 of not receiving hatching eggs after ship date. On day 8 they finally arrived and the company finally emailed back stating basically they don't know why it took so long and it shouldn't have, but good luck. Closely followed all instructions and advise on incubating. When candling 10 days out it was very clear that the eggs had no development and showed floating air sacs and unusual movement and shadows. I was very excited to hatch button quail and ordered 20 eggs, they sent extra which was nice along with an instruction and care guide. Unfortunately all but 3 arrived very cracked and then the 3 surviving eggs did not hatch so I am out over $50 (considering shipping charge) I understand the rough handling was the fault of the mail carrier and not the business, but I attempted to call the business several times and got no answer, and used the contact form on the website and never heard anyrhing back. Very disappointed.
Met him at the Tucson AZ bird fair and he has wonderful cute healthy quail eggs, chicks and adults for sale.
Great guy with beautiful birds! Always a pleasure.
