I recently had to have a major component of my car replaced (water pump). I was incredibly impressed with just how quick Phil diagnosed the problem, and was able to order the part in same day. My car is not the most common car around, and with Holden no longer in Australia and having had issues sourcing parts in the past it honestly shocked me.
