Majorly disappointed in the hiring abilities of this place. Definitely gone down hill; the boy who (hardly attempted) to assist me was preoccupied with a group of boys (not working at the establishment) and was little to no help. I gathered his name is "Alexander Leighton." Do better Phil's.

Got my jeep in right on schedule. Did inspection and flex pipe exhaust work. Definitely going back.
I had to have window tint removed in order to pass inspection. The tint was not fully removed, leaving patches of remaining tint on all four windows. A sticky residue was also left on all windows. I purchased a battery and two tires from them previously and everything was fine. I am not sure why anyone would think this is acceptable. I have had good experiences with Phil's Auto in the past and have talked to many people who say they have had positive experiences as well.
