I cannot recommend this shop enough! I brought my car in fearing an expensive repair, but Gary took the time to explain exactly what was going on and only fixed what was necessary. They didn't try to upsell me on anything and were completely transparent with their pricing. It’s a huge relief to finally find a mechanic with true integrity. Great prices and great customers service.
I had issues with my vehicle not shifting to park and not shifting to neutral when coming out of drive. The last idiot apparently didn't know how to service the transmission correctly. I got a hold of Gary at Phil's Transmission and set up a date to bring it in two weeks later. After 2 weeks came and gone, 4 days later they were ready for me to bring it in for service.
