Dealing with fix for years - BBB recommended refund - Phil's has not followed through I took my car in to fix a hiccup in my transmission. After a few months I got my car back, but it was worse - now with additional issues that it didn't have before. Took it back and a few months later my car still had the hiccup with additional issues.
