i wanted to give it 0 stars but it wouldnt let me i brought my car here to have the transmission fixed. It ended up taking about 3 weeks to do just that. Then a day later it wouldnt shift into second gear. brought it back and its going on another 3 weeks and i still dont have it...
2 or 3 days um its been a month? phil said it would be 2 or 3 days ? He is waiting for parts ? I have never had someone keep my car this long ? I am going to see my lawyer, forget the BB.
What is going on? I asked my friend where did you have your transmission worked on at? He said phil's. I asked him if he liked the service?. He said i quess, but it took him 2 months. I said get out? really , my friend said yeah 2 months, he even had to borrow a car from a relative until his car was done. Then it started making a weird noise.He is afraid to bring it back because he doesnt want to be without it. I gave phil a chance because he said he can do mine in 2 or 3 days. Stay away from this business!!!! Hard to find words to describe this business. Have similar problem to the other reviewer. Guy supposed to fix transmission in my Xtera.Took him ONLY 2 weeks first time, charged me over 3K and it turned out that car is still not running well. Transmission is acting "funny". Car got returned, problem was acknowledged, yet it's been 6 weeks by now, and still no firm date as to when car will be ready.
