If I could give zero stars I would. We used Phil in the past so we thought we could use him again and are beyond upset with his professionalism, work, and skill. He COMPLETELY WRECKED our car by destroying the upper control arm and, due to his incompetence, we are out over $1000 and had to go to another mechanic to fix it. On top of ruining our car he did not communicate to us during this process and had our car for an entire week which has been awful and caused us to lose more money because of cancelled reservations.
