Called Manger Mr. PHIL/ OWNER OF PHIL AUTO REPAIR for a replacement on upper control arms on my vehicle. Explained to him the noises my truck was making and he said that was the problem. Quoted me the price for his labor and said he ordered his parts from oreilys. I called oreilys got the price of the parts. Took my vehicle to him and he ordered parts left my truck there for the day. my vehicle still makes the exact same noise in the front end. I went back up there and asked him about it and he tells me it's the lower control arms that need to be changed. So instead of contacting me once he found this out he did the work anyways and tried to keep my good upper control arms. Had to get them back from him. Very unprofessional and rude. So I still have the same problem and out $330 for replacing parts that were still good. To replace the ones that are still bad will now be $400. Also did not rotate my tires... read more
Owner/manager is very dishonest,rude,no integrity and the help is all misleading don't trust this mechanic at all he will steal you blind and won't back up his work to say the least.
