I've had good experiences with Phil but I'm not even sure this place is open anymore. I've been by several times in the last 2 weeks and called several times buts is been closed each time. Does anyone know if Phil is still in business?
Needed a state inspection and was told they do them at 8:30 a.m. Went on a Fri and was told they do them at 8:30 every day except Fridays. Would've been nice to know the first time I talked to them.
Employees sitting around. Wanted inspection done Was told , too busy. They need to be reported to Highway Patrol as the stipulations of having inspection license is if they are open, they cannot refuse to do them.
