Pretty rude, honestly, the first thing this guy told me when I said that I needed to get an oil change was to go to a different shop because I didn't have an appointment, how can you keep a business running with that attitude, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Went to him years ago and he was a rude arrogant rip off back then.

Called for a quote told him the issue care can’t drive so it has to be towed he said I don’t give price over the phone and hung up rude asf… if that bad don’t wanna imagine there work
