Would not use this mechanic again. Had a control arm installed here fail after just a year of easy use. He refused to give me any sort of warranty and took me 5 phone calls to even get my invoice emailed to me. Down $700 for a single part that only lasted a year.
Phil was a lifesaver today! My dad had a road test today and we didn't realize his red break light was dead (our fault). We only had under 15 minutes to get it fixed or else I would have lost my road test fees paid. He made sure it was all done in no time. On top of that, he didn't want to take money as I was already in rush. Thank you so much Phil for your kindness. Btw, my dad passed his test! 🥳

Traveling to the area for snowy owls. Our rental car warned us a tire had lost pressure. We didn’t have a tire gauge to check it and couldn’t find the lift jack to replace the tire. It was freezing-27C, we were lucky to find Phil and staffs who took care of us like family. Found and fixed the tire in a short time, so we were able to continue the trip. It was our lucky day.
