Picked up a uhaul on Saturday, June 27th. Rude old guy in a scummy, dirty, office completed the contract. I used the van for 3 hours to move a brand new refrigerator and a bed with the help of family. The items were located in indoor heated storage but it was raining outside. Picked up a uhaul truck on Saturday Nov 8, The man in the front office was waiting on a woman who was there before us. She was given a set of keys for a van and a few seconds later returned saying the keys would not work. The man behind the desk became enraged and jumped up swearing while he slammed his chair across the room almost knocking down his printer he stormed out the door to the van and could not get the key to work either.
