This is what happened to me at Toyota Philpott,I had an appointment on 12/09/25 to replace the brake pads at 1pm,I showed up a little early and the person working with me that day was named Stacy.She told me to go to into the waiting room,after a while she came up to me and informed me that my car needed a rotor replacement and she told me the price to replace the rotor and brake pads was around $900 and I agreed.I sat waiting until 3 pm and still no word on when it would be done.I went to ask her and was told that they didn... read more
