Philpott Hyundai Service has always been very good to me. Mr. Kel and the service department are very nice and professional and take good care of my Kona and my husband's Accent.
Sunday morning the car was dead. Couldn’t get anything to work. Fortunately we had another vehicle. Monday morning at 0700 I called roadside assistance. They promptly answered, I communicated the issue and she said I should hear from AAA within 2 hours. We received call within 20 minutes and driver was at our home about 30 minutes later. Customer service was excellent; they treat you like family. When you ask a question, they're kind enough to answer. Sorry, Slibee Hyundai, but I'm receiving better customer service and I know the price of fixing my car.
