Heather in service was great to work with. She tried to help us get help from Ford for an engine design flaw, but was unsuccessful. The service center was quick in getting our new engine in, and once it was there, the installation was quick. A subsequent visit, we received the same level service. Five stars for Heather and Philpott Ford service.
This was the worst service experience I have ever had with your service department.
We put our Ford Maverick in the shop for an oil change and tire rotation and to check for a grinding sound. With an appointment, the extra request wasn’t addressed for two days. With parts ordered, they had our truck for a week. I called quite a bit. I think it could have been done in a more timely manner. If it wasn’t under warranty, I don’t know that we’d use Philpott Service again.
