Loved the caring and compassionate team, they came to my work and I was beyond pleased with the work and convenience of it all!!
Took my truck in for rear end noise, they check everything & decided the rear leaf springs were bad…. Changed the springs. & did some other things I requested ….. The work was good & fixed the problem with the noise from rear part of the truck when going slow over an uneven road….. The only thing I would like improved , is when your vehicle is in for repair & is a the dealer shop for 7 days , that the service dept keep the customer updated regularly on the status of our repairs … calling the service dept. doesn’t work , you ... read more

Brought my car in for an oil change, and Heather had the sweetest smile on her face. She had me in and out in a jiffy couldn’t ask for better service so glad Philpott is building customers for life because they’ve earned a customer for the rest of my life.
Best dealership service I've seen. Pricing, service, attitude and communication are top notch. Heather was stressed but in the end came through. Service appeared knowledgeable about my weird problem and did a fix. I'm still impressed overall.
