I had an excellent service experience at Philpott Ford. Lacey and the team were thorough, professional, and on schedule—my vehicle was ready the same day. I like the detailed inspection video they sent for my records. They even offered me a ride home and the option to have my vehicle delivered back to me. Truly top-notch service.
I really like the valet assistance but they had my car for 4 days and brought it back to me. When I went to go somewhere it was still not fixed. They had to come get it again. Not happy with that. 😡
The technician was very friendly and was efficient.
