Before ordering, make sure you create a secondary email address. You will be bombarded by emails from this company. I unsubscribed countless times and continue to receive unwanted emails about every 6 hours. It's truly constant, ongoing harassment from this company. Only because of their emails, I will never buy from them again.

Worst customer service experience and misleading website enticement that I have experienced in online shopping. Promised premium samples for every $25.00 spent and when my bill totaled $64.90 would only allow me to choose two packets of product samples that were not their premium samples but something that you could get from Macy's without a purchase at all. Aside from taking twice as long to process my order than what is stated in their order policy, I was told I could not cancel my order and be refunded even though My order had yet to be processed.customer service was extremely terrible. I've never ordered anything that took this long to be shipped.

Do not purchase anything from Philosophy unless you are absolutely certain you will not need to make a return. Almost every time I returned items, it took over a month to get my money refunded, and then only after several phone calls and a ton of frustration on my part. Had I not kept after them, I doubt if I would have ever received my money back. In each instance, Philosophy would claim I had kept items I said I had included in the return, which was completely false. Also, if you receive a "free gift" with your order, and ... read more
