The number one tip I could give any pregnant woman is to hire these beautiful women. Amanda and Mary were absolutely vital in having my successful unmedicated VBAC…I could not have done it without Amanda there to support me and guide me through. After having my first two births without one, I really wish doulas were provided automatically to all birthing women because I feel like their services are SO invaluable!

I could have NOT done my pregnancy, delivery and birth without Mary and Shannon. Shannon was my doula for the birth of our sweet boy on 6/3/25 and she was god sent, I truly could not have done it without her.
