I frequent this location since it is close to my house and the food is always good. However tonight I was treated so rudely on the phone it made me question giving this place my buisness ever again. The person on the phone answered with a heavy attitude saying "You need to hold" and set the phone down on the counter, because I could still hear conversation in the background. I wouldn't say the best anything in town. The worst customer service in town. Went in and asked for an "authentic Philly Cheesesteak". The waiter became annoyed and asked what I meant. I asked, "What do YOU mean? What are y'all famous for? Why the name "Philly Cheesesteak"?
