The guys on the back cooking were good guys. Even gave us a free 2 liter of soda. The wings were not good and thats as nice as I can be. Super dry and seemed old. The other food we ordered was ok. Pizza fries were good. So we're the buffalo fries. The they/them at the register that took our order was very rude to the cook staff when they asked a question about the order they/them had written down. This place is my favorite take out because of their great ingredients, formidable talent and efficient speed. I go out of my way to eat here!
I've been a regular customer here for quite some time (over 3 years) and have generally enjoyed the food, which is why this experience was disappointing. I called in my order before 3:00 PM, which is the cutoff time for the lunch special. Due to traffic and timing, I arrived at approximately 3:08 PM to pick it up. When I asked about the soda that normally comes with the lunch special, I was told it would not be included because I picked the order up after 3:00.
